    good quality dark chocolate, melted
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 100
    g
    ground almonds
  • 2
    preserved figs, chopped
  • cocoa powder for dusting
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth. Cool in the refrigerator. Shape the mixture into small balls and toss in cocoa powder.
