  • 3
    ripe melons
  • 500
    ml
    raspberry juice
  • 60
    ml
    sugar
  • 400
    ml
    port
  • 750
    ml
    red wine
  • 250
    ml
    mineral water, well chilled
 

Method

 
Halve the melons and remove the seeds. Peel and dice the fruit or scoop out balls. Pour over the juice, sugar, port and red wine and stir carefully. Cover and chill for 5 hours. Add the chilled mineral water just before serving.
