    ready-made Melba toast
  • 12
    leaves
    rocket leaves
  • 125
    g
    Camembert cheese
  • 50
    g
    butter
  • 100
    g
    redcurrant jelly, to serve
 

Method

1. Top each piece of Melba toast with a piece of rocket.

2. Cut the Camembert into 12 wedges. Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan until bubbling. Fry the cheese for a few seconds until slightly soft, and dish up from the pan onto the pieces of toast. Spoon a little redcurrant jelly over the cheese and serve immediately.
