12.00 pieces melba toast — ready-made
12.00 leaves rocket — leaves
125.00 g camembert cheese
50.00 g butter
100.00 g jelly — redcurrant

Method:

1. Top each piece of Melba toast with
a piece of rocket.

2. Cut the Camembert
into 12 wedges.
Melt the butter in a
non-stick frying pan
until bubbling. Fry
the cheese for a few
seconds until slightly
soft, and dish up
from the pan onto the
pieces of toast. Spoon
a little redcurrant jelly
over the cheese and
serve immediately.
