    ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 6
    each, green and black olives, seeded and chopped
  • 15
    ml
    capers
  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 6
    sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (optional)
  • 2
    ml
    sugar
  • salt and milled pepper
  • balsamic or red wine vinegar to taste
 

Method

 
Mix all ingredients, except vinegar. Add vinegar, drop by drop, until flavour is to your taste. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 1 350 kJ (320 Cal). Makes about 190 ml (3/4 cup).
