Mediterranean mini paella pasta

Ingredients (12)

30 cm chorizo — chopped
1 yellow pepper — chopped
1 onion — chopped
200 g mussels — meat
200 g shrimps
1 olives — black, pitted, chopped
2 tsp capers
1 tsp fish sauce
2 tinned tomatoes — chopped in Italian herbs
fresh chillies — 573
2 cup pasta — rice, cooked
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Heat olive oil, fry onion, yellow pepper and chorizo until onions are soft and the chorizo has released a good amount of fat.

Add the tomatoes, olives, capers and fish sauce, cook for about half an hour.

Add the mussels and shrimps, cook another 10 minutes until the mussels and shrimp are done.

Flavour with salt and pepper, and stir in the pasta rice, cook another minute and serve.
