Meaty meatballs

    mince
  • 1
    large onion, finely chopped
  • 250

    oats
  • 420

    spaghetti in tomato sauce
  • 2
    packets different soup powders, eg vegetable soup and brown onion soup
  • 1
    thick slice bread, soaked in water and water squeezed out
  • 15
    ml
    mild curry powder
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and spray an oven pan with non-stick spray. Mix the ingredients and shape into meatballs. Arrange the meatballs in the oven pan and bake for about 40 minutes until done. The raw meatballs can also be packed into containers and frozen until needed. Defrost and bake until done. Makes 35 meatballs.
