Sauce
1.00 fresh chillies — small, finely chopped
20.00 ml soy sauce
15.00 ml chutney
5.00 ml sesame oil
5.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
Meatballs
8.00 sausages
2.00 eggs — beaten
60.00 ml breadcrumbs — white
0.00 oil — for frying

Method:

Sauce

Mix all the ingredients.
Meatballs
Form the meat into small balls. Dip each meatball in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a frying
pan and fry the meatballs for 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with the sweet chilli sauce.
