Meatballs with sweet chilli sauce

  • Sauce
  • 1
    small chilli, finely chopped
  • 20
    ml
    soya sauce
  • 15
    ml
    chutney
  • 5
    ml
    sesame oil
  • 5
    ml
    olive oil
  • Meatballs
  • 8
    sausages, defrosted and casings removed
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 60
    ml
    white breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying
 

Method

Sauce
Mix all the ingredients.
Meatballs
Form the meat into small balls. Dip each meatball in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs for 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with the sweet chilli sauce.
