Meat olives: stuffing for special occasions

    slices of pork, beef or lamb
  • 2
    rashers rindless bacon, chopped
  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1
    green peppe, chopped
  • 3
    bananas, sliced
  • 10
    ml
    lemon juice
 

Method

 
Fry bacon until crisp. Add onion and green pepper. Sauté until the onion is translucent. Add bananas and lemon juice. Fry for one minute. Cool and use as a stuffing for the pork slices. Continue as described in meat olives with a savoury stuffing recipe.
