    fatty mutton, diced

    game, diced

    ml
    black pepper
  • 25
    ml
    ground coriander
  • 1
    ml
    nutmeg
  • 25
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    ground cloves
  • 50
    ml
    brown vinegar
 

Method

 
Mix the melt and sprinkle with seasonings. Mix lightly and mince in a meat mincer. Press the meat onto a flat, greased rock in a 2 cm thick layer. Leave in a cool place to dry. Cut into squares and place another greased flat rock on top to prevent the ends from curling up. Serve as a snack.
