Ingredients (4)

750.00 g meat — cooked
50.00 ml french salad dressing
2.00 apples — red, cored and thinly sliced
1.00 lettuce

Method:

Slice the meat into strips or paper-thin slices. Place in a ceramic or glass bowl and pour the salad dressing of your choice (see recipes) over the meat. Marinate for 3-4 hours. Drain the meat and arrange with apple slices and lettuce leaves in a glass bowl. Chill until needed. Pour any salad dressing over the salad just before serving or serve separately.
Serves 6.
