Ingredients (5)

6.00 sweetcorn — on the cob
CHILLI BUTTER
100.00 g butter — softened
2.00 ml chillies — powder
5.00 ml paprika
15.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped

Method:

Cook (boil or microwave) the mealies, husks and all, until just tender then drain.
Mix all the ingredients for the chilli butter and chill.
Braai the mealies rapidly over the coals until just browned.
Serve with the chilli butter.
