    carrot, grated

    stick celery, chopped

    cooked beans
  • 500

    cooked mealies (whole kernel corn)
  • 15
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 5
    ml
    dry mustard
  • 5
    ml
    cumin
  • 10
    ml
    chopped parsley
 

Method

 
Heat oil and sauté onion and chillies until transparent. Stir in carrots and celery, and cook for 1 minute. Add all remaining ingredients and blend well with a fork. Cook gently for 15 minutes. Serve warm as a light meal, or cold as salad.
