3 tbsp	margarine — lite
2 tbsp	sugar
125 ml	flour — self-raising
1 ml	salt
2	eggs
425 g	sweetcorn — tinned
420 g	sweetcorn — creamed

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a medium bowl, cream the margarine and sugar, using a wooden spoon.
3. Sift the flour and salt on top of the margarine and sugar mixture, but do not mix.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well combined.
5. Pour in a flat, rectangular ovenproof dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, and bake for 45 minutes until set.
