Ingredients (10)

2 onion — crushed
1 Tbs garlic — cloves, crushed
1 Tbs fresh ginger — crushed
1 Tbs brown sugar
2 tsp coriander — ground
1 tsp chillies — powder
2 Tbs lemon juice

onion
pineapple

Method:

Add crushed onions,garlic and ginger, brown sugar, ground coriander, chilli powder and lemon juice together and mix well.

This marinade makes enough for 1 kg of chicken.

Place chicken pieces along with robot salad peppers, onions and pineapple on a bamboo stick or skewer.
