  • 700
    g
    potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 90
    ml
    water
  • 30
    ml
    milk
  • 30
    ml
    butter
  • salt and white pepper
 

Method

 
Place the potatoes in a large shallow dish and add the water. Cover with pierced microwave clingfilm and microwave on HIGH for 11 to 12 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes, then cream together with the milk, butter and seasoning.
