Ingredients (10)

30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
5.00 ml coriander — seeds
30.00 ml masala
250.00 ml coconut milk
5.00 cm fresh ginger — cut into matchsticks
36.00 prawns — heads removed and cleaned
0.00 0 fresh mint — to garnish
0.00 0 fresh coriander — to serve
0.00 0 fresh basil — to serve
0.00 0 spring onions — sliced, to serve

Method:

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add coriander seeds and masala. Cook for a couple of seconds. Add coconut milk, ginger matchsticks and prawns. Simmer for 4 minutes until the prawns are cooked through.
Serve with a salad of mixed herbs and steamed jasmine rice.
