Ingredients (10)

5.00 ml cumin — seeds
8.00 ml cumin — ground
15.00 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
3.00 ml salt
2.00 fresh chillies — chopped
4.00 fish — fillets
turmeric — and flour
oil — for frying
tomatoes — sliced
lemon juice

Method:

Mix spices, garlic, salt and freshly chopped chillies together.
Cut slits in the fish and spoon in the spice mixture.
Dust with a little ground turmeric and flour.
Fry for about 2 minutes on each side.
Fry slices of tomato next to the fish.
Season with lemon juice and top with the fried tomatoes.
