  • 10
    lollipop sticks
  • 100
    coloured chocolate
  • variety of sugar decorations
  • (sprinkles, Smarties and other small sweets)

Press the lollipop sticks into the marshmallows. Melt the chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave.

Dip the top of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate. Holding it upside down, allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.

While the chocolate is still wet, dip the marshmallow into the sprinkles or place a Smartie or a sugar decoration of your choice on top. Leave to set.

For Rainbow mini marshmallows:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring often. Dip one end of each mini marshmallow into the melted chocolate, allowing most of the chocolate to drip away, then press it into the sprinkles.

Stand the marshmallows on the undipped end until the chocolate sets.
