Ingredients (7)

30.00 ml Sheridans gelatine
250.00 ml water — boiled
750.00 ml castor sugar
2.00 eggs — whites only
5.00 ml vanilla — essence
about cookie cups
coloured sprinkles — 100s and 1000s

Method:

Sprinkle gelatine in the boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Pour into a mixing bowl along with the castor sugar, egg whites and vanilla essence. Beat well with an electric beater until pale and slightly stiff .
Fill the cookie cups with the mixture and sprinkle with hundreds and thousands once it has set.
Makes about 32 cookie cups.
