Ingredients (6)

60.00 ml butter
200.00 g marshmallows
75.00 g puffed rice
125.00 g apricots — dried, finely chopped
50.00 g peanuts — unsalted
icing sugar — for rolling

Method:

Slowly heat the butter and marshmallows until completely melted. Add the puffed rice, apricots and peanuts and mix well. Turn the mixture into a greased, square 22 cm dish. Press firmly into the dish with the back of a spoon and leave to cool completely until set. Cut into squares and roll in icing sugar. Pack into a plastic bag and fasten tightly.
Makes 15-20 squares.
