    eggs, whisked

Method

15-20 min
 
Preheat the oven to 190 ºC and spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt and stir in the oats. Stir the castor sugar, golden syrup, marmalade and oil over low heat until blended. Cool and stir in the eggs and milk. Make a hollow in the flour and pour in egg mixture. Stir until just blended and spoon the batter into the hollows of the prepared muffin tin. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done. Cool slightly and serve with butter and cheese. Makes about 9 muffins.
