Ingredients (9)

425.00 ml flour — cake
10.00 ml Baking powder
salt — pinch
125.00 g butter — diced
125.00 ml sultanas — golden
100.00 ml castor sugar
40.00 ml marmalade
2.00 eggs — whisked
100.00 ml milk

Method:

Preheat the oven to 160 ºC and spray a small loaf tin with non-stick spray.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together and rub in the butter. Add the sultanas and sugar.
Beat the marmalade, eggs and milk together and add to the dry ingredients. Mix well and spoon into the prepared loaf tin. Bake for about 40-60 minutes until done.
Turn out carefully and cool. Serve with butter or for dessert with custard.
Makes 1 medium-sized loaf.
