Ingredients (8)

4.00 lean pork chops — loin, cutlets
125.00 ml marmalade — Seville orange
65.00 ml orange juice — fresh
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
1.00 fresh ginger — 5cm piece, grated
5.00 ml stock powder — chicken
5.00 ml dried chilli flakes — optional
0.00 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Use a very sharp knife to trim pork of any excess fat.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Coat pork in marmalade mixture.
Preheat grill. Place chops on a baking tray and grill until done, about eight to 10 minutes.
If you prefer, pan-fry the chops: heat a little olive oil in a large non-stick pan and fry on both sides until done, about four to five minutes per side.
Serve with boiled or mashed potatoes and vegetables.
