Ingredients (14)

750.00 ml stock — chicken
3.00 chicken breast fillets
500.00 g noodles — Chinese variety
sesame seeds
MARINADE
3.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
45.00 ml sherry — dry or rice vinegar
15.00 ml brown sugar
60.00 ml peanut butter
85.00 ml soy sauce
1.00 orange juice
STIR-FRY
30.00 ml sesame oil
15.00 ml sunflower oil
200.00 g green beans — trimmed, halved diagonally
sesame seeds — use for sprinkling

Method:

Bring stock to boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook chicken breasts for about 6 minutes, until just cooked through. Remove from stock. Slice chicken into strips.
MARINADE: Blend ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
STIR-FRY: Heat oils in a large pan or wok. Shake excess marinade off chicken and reserve.
Stir-fry chicken for about 30 seconds. Add beans and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Chicken should be moist and beans until bright green and crunchy.
Cook pasta, rinse and drain. Return to heat and pour over remaining marinade. Toss to coat.
Place in a warmed serving dish, top with chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
