Ingredients (11)

1.00 kg mussels — frozen
MARINADE
15.00 ml oil
65.00 ml vinegar
1.00 lemon juice
1.00 orange juice
190.00 ml water
5.00 ml vinegar — balsamic
10.00 ml sugar
dried mixed herbs — pinch
10.00 ml mustard — prepared
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Defrost the mussels in tap water and drain.
Beat together all the ingredients for the marinade and pour over the mussels. Chill, preferably overnight, stirring occasionally.
Serve with farmhouse bread (see recipe).
