15.00 ml tomato purée
15.00 ml soy sauce
fresh coriander — chopped
fresh ginger — grated
or
15.00 ml honey
15.00 ml mustard — prepared
lemon juice
fresh herbs — rosemary, mint, oregano, sage or thyme

Method:

Prepare basic marinade as per Braaied meat – basic marinade recipe, and add the tomato purée, soy sauce, coriander and ginger OR the honey and mustard. Marinate meat for 30 – 60 minutes.
