    thick natural yoghurt

    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1
    medium cucumber, diced
  • 1
    handful marigold petals, rinsed
  • tiny marigold sprigs and cucumber curls, to garnish
  • 175
    g
    fresh sugar snap peas
  • 30
    ml
    butter
  • 30
    ml
    black sesame or poppy seeds
 

Method

 
Mix yoghurt, garlic, cucumber and marigold petals. Garnish with marigold sprigs and cucumber curls. Serve with peas tossed in melted butter and sprinkle with black sesame or poppy seeds.
