200.00 g tennis biscuits
230.00 g margarine — melted
397.00 g condensed milk
200.00 g coconut
280.00 g icing sugar
30.00 ml lemon juice
25.00 ml water

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Grease a 34 x 27 cm oven dish with margarine. Crush the Tennis biscuits and combine with the margarine, condensed milk and coconut. Press into the greased oven dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Blend the icing sugar, lemon juice and water and spread over the hot cake. Cool and cut into squares.
Makes about 48 squares.
