    Westfalia Avocado Oil garlic-flavoured infusion
  • 1
    onion - finely chopped
  • 15
    ml
    chopped oregano
  • Salt and ground pepper
  • 1
    can
    chopped tomatoes

    ml
    sugar
  • 15
    ml
    red wine vinegar
  • 4 x 120
    g
    buffalo mozzarella balls - torn
  • 4
    pizza bases
  • 1
    tub Westfalia Plain Guacamole
  • Basil - to serve
 

Method

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Heat avocado oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, oregano and seasoning and sauté until softened.

Add tomatoes, sugar and vinegar and simmer into a thick sauce.

Spoon tomato sauce and torn mozzarella onto pizza bases and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until crisp and cooked through.

Serve topped with Westfalia Plain Guacamole and scattered with fresh basil leaves.
