    oil
  • 6
    skinless chicken breasts, cut into thirds
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 3
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1
    green pepper, julienned
  • 125
    ml
    peanut butter
  • 250
    ml
    chicken stock
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • salt to taste
 

Method

 
Heat the oil and brown the chicken.
Add onion, garlic and green pepper and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add peanut butter and stock.
Season and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the cream.
Serve with bread to mop up the gravy, and green beans or spinach.
