    chicken stock
  • small green pepper, seeded and diced
  • pinch ground ginger
  • 750
    ml
    diced mango
  • 3
    ml
    salt
  • 1
    ml
    white pepper
  • 15
    ml
    marmalade
  • 30
    ml
    masala
  • 25
    ml
    finely chopped parsley
 

Method

 
Place all the ingredients in a fairly small saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot with the pork.
