Mango and yoghurt cream

    large stringless mangoes, skinned and sliced
  • 125
    ml
    cream, stiffly whipped
  • 50
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 50
    ml
    brown sugar
 

Method

 
Arrange the mango slices in a pretty serving dish. Mix cream and yoghurt and pour over mangos. Sprinkle with sugar and chill until needed. Serves 4.
