    fresh mango, peeled and cubed

    banana
  • 15
    ml
    coconut
  • 250
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 150
    ml
    milk or fruit juice of your choice
 

Method

 
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and serve the smoothies immediately.
