Mango and campari sorbet

    kg
    fresh mango, chopped
  • 100
    g
    castor sugar
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 200
    ml
    campari or fruit juice
 

Method

 
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and purée until smooth. Pour into a container and freeze as directed. Makes 2 litres (8 cups).
