    sagte botter
  • 200

    versiersuiker, gesif
  • 30
    ml
    melk
  • pienk kleursel

Method

 

Verhit jou oond tot 180 grade C. Voer 'n kolwyntjiepan met 12 papierbakkies uit. Plaas al die bestanddele in die mengbak van jou elektriese menger.

Klits alles saam vir 3 ? 4 minute. Skep die mengsel in die bakkies en plaas in die warm oond. Bak vir 15 minute. Haal uit die oond en laat afkoel voor jy dit versier.

versiersel
Meng die sagte botter en versiersuiker goed saam in jou menger. Voeg die melk by en meng weer goed. Kleur die versiersuiker met die kleursel. Versier met suikerkristalle.
