    instant mashed potato
  • 25
    g
    instant herb or savoury white sauce
  • 500
    ml
    boiling water
  • 15
    ml
    butter
  • 2
    egg yolks
  • 1
    egg white, beaten until stiff
 

Method

 
1. Mix together the instant mashed potato and instant sauce in a bowl and add the boiling water. Beat until fluffy. 2. Stir in the butter and egg yolks and finally fold in the beaten egg white. 3. Place in a lightly oiled baking dish and bake in a preheated 220 ºC oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
