Ingredients (6)

112.00 g potatoes — insatnt mashed
25.00 g instant sauce — herb or white
500.00 ml water — boiled
15.00 ml butter
2.00 eggs — just the yolks
1.00 eggs — whites only, beaten

Method:

1. Mix together the instant mashed potato and instant sauce in a bowl and add the boiling water. Beat until fluffy.
2. Stir in the butter and egg yolks and finally fold in the beaten egg white.
3. Place in a lightly oiled baking dish and bake in a preheated 220 ºC oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
