Ingredients (7)

210.00 g oysters — smoked
200.00 g butter
4.00 garlic — cloves
0.00 avocado
65.00 ml cream
1.00 lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Drain oysters and set aside.
Process butter and garlic (and a few fresh herbs if you have them) in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Adjust seasoning and serve with Melba toast.
If you prefer a chunkier pâté, you need only to blend the ingredients until the desired texture is achieved.
