    uncooked macaroni
  • 3
    large eggs
  • 50
    ml
    peppadews, finely chopped
  • 250
    g
    chive-flavoured smooth cream cheese
  • 50
    ml
    milk
  • 100
    ml
    Cheddar cheese, grated
 

Method

 
Boil pasta until al dente. Drain. Spoon into a greased ovenproof dish. Whisk together eggs and cream cheese. Stir in peppadews. Pour over pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated 180 ºC oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
