    leek rinsed and sliced into rings

    skimmed milk

    cornflour
  • pinch nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

    Edam cheese, grated
  • 30

    fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 15
    ml
    fresh breadcrumbs
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC (400 ºF). Spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Cook the macaroni in sufficient rapidly boiling salted water until tender. Drain well. Turn into the prepared oven dish. Boil the cauliflower and leek until nearly tender,
