Ingredients (10)

50.00 g pasta — macaroni
225.00 g cauliflower — broken into florets
1.00 leek — rinsed and sliced into rings
300.00 ml milk — skimmed
15.00 ml cornflour
nutmeg — ground, pinch
salt and freshly ground black pepper
50.00 g edam cheese — grated
30.00 ml fresh basil — finely chopped
15.00 ml breadcrumbs — fresh

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC (400 ºF). Spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Cook the macaroni in sufficient rapidly boiling salted water until tender. Drain well. Turn into the prepared oven dish. Boil the cauliflower and leek until nearly tender,
