Lobsters steamed over seaweed

  • 2
    large bundles seaweed
  • 12
    fresh lobsters or crayfish
  • 250
    ml
    butter, melted
  • lemon quarters to serve
 

Method

 
Cover bottom of a large, galvanised-iron bucket or drum with a thick layer of seaweed. Layer lobsters and seaweed alternately on top, making sure lobsters are well covered. Steam for 20 minutes. Remove and serve hot, dipped in melted butter and with a squeeze of lemon.
