    bacon, cut into pieces
  • 500

    cleaned liver, cut into thin strips
  • 2
    onions, sliced
  • 250
    g
    mushrooms, halved
  • extra oil
  • 440
    g
    pineapple chunks
  • 410
    g
    tomato and onion mix
  • 5
    ml
    soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
 

Method

 
Fry bacon until slightly crisp. Brown liver and set aside. Sauté onion and mushrooms in oil until soft. Add pineapple chunks, pineapple syrup and tomato and onion mix. Season with soy sauce and salt and pepper. Heat until the sauce has thickened nicely. Add the bacon and liver, heating until warmed through.
