Liver and ham loaf

    liver, cooked and minced
  • 120
    ham, minced
  • 60
    fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1
    onion, grated
  • 15
    parsley, finely chopped
  • 2
    beaten eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • coriander
  • cloves


Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (375 ºF). Grease a 23 x 13 cm loaf tin with margarine. Mix the liver, ham, and breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl. Add the onion, parsley and eggs and mix well. Season according to taste and mix well. Turn the mixture into a greased loaf tin and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Serve hot with cold salads.
