  • 250
    ml
    milk
  • 10
    ml
    brandy
  • liqueur of your choice
 

Method

 
Bring 250 ml milk to the boil. Pour about 10 ml (2 t) brandy, cream liqueur of your choice or Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur) in the bottom of a glass or mug and add the hot milk. Top with whipped cream or milk foam.
