Ingredients (4)

200.00 g dark chocolate — broken into pieces
100.00 ml cream
60.00 g milk chocolate — broken into pieces
40.00 ml frangelico liqueur — or Amaretto liqueur

Method:

Melt 150 g of dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
Spray 15-20 paper cases with cooking spray. Spoon a little chocolate into each one and spread the chocolate up the sides of the cases with the back of a teaspoon. Leave to set in the fridge.
Heat cream in a saucepan over gentle heat. Stir in milk chocolate until melted. Add liqueur and chill until cold. Beat with an electric beater until light.
Spoon filling into chocolate cases. Chill for 2 hours. Melt remaining dark chocolate and spread over the filling. Chill until hard. Decorate with white or dark chocolate drizzles, if desired. Makes 15-20.
