Lindt passion brownies

    g
    Lindt classic dark
  • 75
    g
    butter
  • 3
    eggs
  • 150
    g
    sugar
  • 1
    tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2
    tsp
    salt
  • 120
    g
    flour
  • 150
    g
    chopped walnuts
 

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Grease a baking pan of 20 x 20 cm & line with baking paper.
 
Melt the chocolate & butter together – stirring all the time.
 
Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
 
Beat together the eggs, sugar, salt & vanilla until creamy and thick.
 
Add the melted chocolate mixture.
 
Fold in the flour and walnuts until just combined.
 
Pour into prepared pan & bake for 20 min.
