Ingredients (13)

30.00 ml lime juice
2.00 red chillies — chopped
10.00 ml sunflower oil
10.00 ml cumin — seeds
16.00 prawns — deveined
PINEAPPLE SALSA
1.00 pineapple — peeled
2.00 spring onions — sliced
2.00 fresh chillies — chopped
30.00 ml brown sugar
30.00 ml lime juice
125.00 ml fresh mint — chopped
65.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped
1.00 cucumber — ribbons

Method:

Combine lime juice, chillies, oil and cumin seeds in a bowl. Brush over prawns and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Grill prawns for 2 minutes on each side.
SALSA:
Combine all ingredients, except cucumber, in a medium-sized bowl.
Place small piles of cucumber ribbons on serving plates and top with salsa. Top with prawns and serve.
