	cake mix
330 g	castor sugar
270 g	flour — self-raising
100 g	cocoa powder
5 ml	salt
330 g	dark chocolate — chips
	mug cake
45 ml	vegetable oil — or canola oil
45 ml	milk
120 ml	cake mix — prepared

Method:

1. CAKE MIX: Sift the sugar, flour, cocoa powder and salt
together. Add the chocolate chips, mix well and pour into a large jar with a lid.
The prepared cake mix can be kept in the sealed jar for up to a month.

2. MUG CAKE: Put the oil and milk in a large mug and mix
together with a fork. Add 120ml (8T) of the cake mix and beat the batter until
smooth. Put the mug in the micro wave
and cook for 45-50 seconds until
just risen and firm.
