    ripe tomatoes, sliced in half lengthways

    canned lentils, drained
  • 125
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 60
    ml
    extra-virgin olive oil

    garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1
    red chilli, chopped
  • 2
    avocados, sliced

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place tomatoes in a baking tray and roast until soft. Combine all the ingredients.
