Lemony roast chicken

  • 1.5
    free-range chicken
  • 2
    lemons, one juiced, one cut into quarters
  • sea salt flakes
  • freshly ground black pepper


Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Pour the lemon juice over the chicken, season with salt and pepper.

Stuff the chicken with the lemon quarters and roast for 1½ hours. Leave to rest for 20 minutes.
