Ingredients (5)

30 ml jam — strawberry
500 ml full cream yoghurt — thick
45 ml icing sugar — sifted
15.00 ml lemon — zest only
200 g strawberries — washed, hulled and sliced

Method:

Place a dollop of jam in the base of 4 tumblers.
Mix together the yoghurt, sugar and lemon rind and spoon the mixture on top of the jam in the tumblers.
Top with strawberries.
